kactivities software package provides Runtime to organize the user work in separate activities., you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kactivities
kactivities is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kactivities package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kactivities *
You will get with kactivities package name, version, architecture and description in a table
